Slow Night
Headed out to the river after work from 6pm-dark. Danny and I tried a new section of river that looked mighty "fishy" as we were cruising by. The water was flowing at about 950 cfs and was very cold. Not many bugs were coming off which was odd with the overcast skies. Only landed two fish, one fingerling and a smallmouth. Nothing was rising so we bolted around 9pm. I think the morning may be the time to fish, I hope to get out soon and try.
