Warm Water
I spent the earlier part of the week fishing the river from first light till early afternoon. Each morning the water temperature was already at 65 degrees so fishing time was limited. I only landed 3 fish in 12 hours of fishing, that is about all I need to say on how the fishing is. The water is getting too warm, fish are not actively feeding. The last two days haven't helped at all. The river shot up to 72 degrees. Do Yourself a favor and don't fish right now, the fish won't do well at these temps. Hopefully the cold nights coming will help things out.
