Fishing Report 5/22/09
Fished the river from 6:30pm-dusk water 863 cfs. The water was absolutely perfect tonight, the lowest it has been in months. A decent number of March Browns hatched throughout the evening but no surface activity. Fished some big nymphs in a few runs without any takes. I stayed around to see if there was a spinner fall but nothing happened. It seems like I have more luck when the river flows around 1,000 cfs. I might be able to make it out tomorrow night, hopefully I will get some better results.
